From 1981 to 2001, Krishan worked with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Washington DC. His last assignment at IFC was as Chief Investment Officer and Head of Transportation Group worldwide in the Infrastructure Department |

Krishan holds a B. Tech (Chemical Engineering, First Class) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, where he was named a National Talent Scholar at IIT Delhi as well as awarded the IIT Delhi Merit Scholarship He earned his MBA at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. Krishan began his professional career with the Indian Administrative Service in 1973, where he held the positions of Sub-Collector and General Manger (operations) with the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation, Hyderabad, India |

Yeshwanth M Kini – Director and Country Head-India

Yeshwanth has over 21 years of experience in the Indian financial services and advisory sector. He has handled both "buy-side" and "sell-side" responsibilities with leading global investment banks and Indian players starting out from the time foreign investment was first allowed in the Indian markets in the early 1990´s
Prior to joining KAUP, Yeshwanth held a leadership position at UTI International as Head of Offshore Funds, nominated Director of UTI International (which had over USD1bn of assets under management) and designated Head of its infrastructure business. |

He was also on UTI´s Investment Committee at a time when UTI had over USD12bn of assets under management. Two of the funds managed by his team were rated Five Star by Morning Star during his tenure |

He established and built the Equity and Fixed Income Research business unit at Morgan Stanley India supporting its global teams. He took this pioneering project from a pilot stage to a 70 member team within two years with the best-in-class metrics in the space |

He has extensive leadership and management experience in equity research, including leading the technology services research team at SG Securities (part of SocGen Bank) and managing the India research teams at both SG Securities and ASK Raymond James. He was a highly regarded analyst in SocGen‚ NatWest Markets and ASK Raymond James

Yeshwanth has an extensive network in the Indian investment banking and business community. He holds a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Technology-Banaras Hindu University (IT-BHU) and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad

He worked for the Indian Capital markets regulator SEBI´s Committee that was set up in 2007 to advise on the setting up of dedicated Infrastructure Funds in India |

Rishi has several years of experience in the financial industry in India at Morgan Stanley, UTI AMC and IDBI Bank, where he has been involved in detailed analysis and valuation of infrastructure companies in Asia
He has substantial experience on the buy-side and in equity and credit research
Prior to joining KAUP, Rishi was a member of Morgan Stanley´s Asia-Pacific Infrastructure research team, which was among the top rated teams in Investor polls. |

He extensively covered the Logistics and Transportation sector in Asia. His team valued a wide spectrum of infrastructure assets such as Toll Roads, Ports & Container Terminals, Airports & Airlines, Power Utilities, Rail & Trucking companies and Gas distribution companies. He was also involved in IPO´s of infrastructure companies in the Asia-Pacific region such as City Spring Infrastructure Trust and Macquarie Korea Infrastructure Group. He played a major role in the team´s initiation of coverage on Macquarie Infrastructure Group and Macquarie Airports Group which were highly acclaimed. He also carried out bespoke research for marquee clients in this period

Rishi worked on the buy side with UTI AMC as an Assistant Fund Manager. He was also with IDBI Bank in their Credit Research & Risk Management department. He helped set up the credit research division and was part of the team responsible for the bank's USD2.5bn credit portfolio at the time |

Anurupa Sehgal – Director
|
Anurupa is Director of KAUP Capital Advisors (Singapore) Pte Ltd since 2007. She is responsible for managing relationships with various service providers (back office functions) of KAUP Capital Advisors (Singapore).
Anurupa´s initial career has been in education, having taught in India and in the United States of America.
Anurupa is a first class first from Delhi University and recipient of the coveted Gold Medal from Delhi University for her Master of Arts degree. |
