Investment proposals prepared by the Advisors and Manager to the Fund are decided by the Board of the Fund.
The Board comprises nominees of Investors, the Manager and Independent Directors. Traditionally, decisions are taken by consensus.
Independent Valuation
The Fund´s Portfolio is valued annually by an independent accounting firm. The independent valuer has no other role with either the Fund or the Manager.
Legal Due Diligence
All the Fund´s investment documents, submissions, representations are cleared with an external counsel. The current law firm is one of the top legal firms in India.
Regulatory Regime
The Fund and Manager adhere to and comply with rules, regulations and guidelines set by the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius.
